Default Club Scud Welsh Weekender III - April 2018

    Cheers Leighton.....all very welcome.

I've been swapping mails with Mike this morning and rang the hotel to check a couple of things.

Parking is allocated by room so there should be no issues with spaces. They get a lot of car tours staying.

The private dining room holds 36 on 3 tables of 12.
If we get to that number then we will need to open a reserve list and anyone joining afterwards would have to eat in the hotel restaurant.

We will also need to think about how we manage the group.
With 17 cars last year it was difficult to keep everyone together so we could split into a couple of convoys.

So if your sat on the fence with this one, now's the time to come off. The last two have been awesome routes put together by Mike [emoji106]

Yes convoys are difficult to keep together with traffic lights roundabouts etc. Maybe more planned stops where the convoy can regroup and swap around so we all get the chance to drive behind the car with the loudest exhaust Also if parts of the route are on open countryside these are the best places to be in a Ferrari convoy so how about some planned stops before these sections to allow a re group ?

Mike if you need some help to "refine" the route I would be happy to drive you round and check out lay-byes etc

Presumably with all those lovely open roads we will have our own personal blue light escort front and rear
