Default camber, caster, tor in and ride height.

took the opportunity to have the wheel alignment checked by the local tyre garage. Sure they arent a specialist but they do have the latest kit, and a conscientious guy operating it. I watched the whle process.

The back end of the car is now bang on but the front is still out a bit on caster and camber albeit far closer than it was. I know from the PPI that the front ride height is a bit low and this does affect caster which is 6deg 19 front left and 6 deg 4 front right. the right is within tolerance. Both cambers are out - both a bit too negative, the left worse than the right.

Is there anyne on the forum who understand how one of these 4 affects the others? The car steers and tracks fine and definitely has mor bite going into corners than it had

Please dont tell me I should go to a specialist - there isnt one anywhere near here and I tok advantage of a chance to use this non specialist outfit.

Just to add, all 4 tyres are new, pressures are right and wheels are undamaged as from a visual check under the car is the suspension. In fact , without the under trays I have never seen a car as pristine as this one is.

Sounds like a useful garage to have close.
Please note this is not my field but going by the normal cars that I have come across, as the suspension gets tired (springs and bushes) the negative camber increases. I could well be wrong but I would think springs would not have so much effect on caster as they would on camber but bushes might.
Perhaps your suspension might be in need of some tlc.
